Returns

Grain, Malt, and Yeast cannot be returned. Unopened hops can be returned within 5 days of purchase. All other non-perishable items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

In Store Shopping and Order Pickup

Customers can come visit our store and shop in person Tuesday-Friday from 10 am - 2 pm and Saturday from 1-4 pm.

On Saturdays, please text or call us at 347-338-0091 so we can let you into the building.

Pickup of orders placed online is available during all normal business hours.

Same Day Local Delivery

Same Day Delivery will be available for most residents of Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan Tuesday-Friday. Orders placed before Noon will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after Noon will be delivered on the next available same day shipping day.

UPS Delivery

Orders for UPS delivery will typically ship out on the same day they are placed, Monday-Friday.
