Allied Travel Bureau Extra Special Bitter
Allied Travel Bureau Extra Special Bitter
From Matt:
An ESB was the first beer I ever made on my own! After taking a Beermaking 101 class I was given a version of this recipe, and over the years I've tweaked it and changed it to turn it into something every day drinkable. The name is a bit of a misnomer - it's not an overly bitter beer and the name was a 19th Century way to distinguish this beer from a Mild.
