Dextrin Malt - 2.5L

MCM Dextrin is used to enhance head retention, haze and body in any style of beer. Higher protein barley undergoes a short germination process to ensure a higher level of dextrins and molecular proteins.

This malt is typically used at 5% and no higher than 10%.
