An homage to the classic west coast pale ale from Sierra Nevada - the beer that launched the American craft beer movement. The malty sweetness is balanced perfectly by the grapefruit flavor and firm bitterness from the Cascade hops. Beer trends have come and gone over the years, but this will always remain one of the GOATs.

Alcohol 5.6%
Bitterness 38 IBU
SRM 8

Ingredients included (varies by Size & Malt Style)

• 2 Row Brewers Malt -or- Golden Light Liquid and Dry Malt Extract
• Caramel 60 Malt
• Cascade hop pellets
  
• Corn sugar for bottle conditioning
