L02 Fest

Fest is a great strain for producing malt-forward festival lagers. As one of the more flocculant lager strains, it can be used to make clear beers that do not require filtration. It ferments well, leaving beers with a good malt character with a clean, dry finish.

Attenuation: 72 - 76%
Flocculation: Medium
Temperature: 54 - 58° F
