Melanoidin Gold Malt - 4.9-10L

MCM Melanoidin Gold employs a traditional German recipe to produce a high level of complex malt characteristics. This malt will add decoction attribute to your beer that consist of honey, hints of stone fruit and biscuity undertones.

Lower in color than most melanoidin style malts on the market, it will lend a unique layer of complexity to pale lagers, Festbiers, pale ales, IPAs and stouts. Grist bill recommendations are <10% for light colored beers and <20% for stouts.
