This saison exhibits all the characteristics that have made it a famous style among homebrewers: spicy hops, a refreshingly dry finish, and a highly phenolic yeast that will ferment well no matter how hot fermentation gets (within reason). A truly delightful Belgian ale!

Alcohol 6.4%
Bitterness 30 IBU
SRM 4.2

Ingredients included (varies by Size & Malt Style)

• German Pilsner Malt -or- Pilsen Light Dry Malt Extract
  
• Red Wheat Malt
  
• Dark Munich Malt
  
• Corn sugar (added with 15 min left in the boil)
  
• Saaz hop pellets
• Corn sugar for bottle conditioning
