Overweight Tire Amber Ale

For beer drinkers of a certain age (mostly the elder millennial set), the amber ale from New Belgium was probably one of the first craft beers that got them into craft beer. This is our take on that classic (based on the pre-corporate takeover recipe). 

All Versions:

1.052 OG
1.011 FG
ABV 5.4%
Bitterness 24 IBU
SRM 11

Ingredients included (varies by Size & Malt Style)

• Pale Ale Malt -or- Pale Ale Dry Malt Extract
• Barke Munich Light Malt
  
• Caramel 80 Malt
  
• Biscuit Malt
• Willamette hop pellets
  
• Corn sugar for bottle conditioning
  

PLEASE NOTE! The recipe kit does not include yeast or grain & hops bags. Make sure to add them from the list below if you need them!

(We recommend using dry yeast for 1 gallon recipes)
