Smash & Grab v1: Nectaron Promise

This is the first in a series we're starting called SMaSH & Grab. That SMaSM is an acronym for "single malt and single hop," and we're starting off this series with a great pairing: Golden Promise malt and Nectaron hops.

SMaSH beers are typically all grain beers - there's just not enough different types of extract out there to exactly match with the myriad malts on offer. We encourage everyone to try their hand at all grain for this recipe with a brew-in-a-bag technique. It's a great way to try stepping up to all grain brewing with a recipe that's easy on ingredients but not on taste!

(p.s. we do have an extract version for those that want it, but it's not truly a SMaSH beer.)

Ingredients included (varies by Size & Malt Style)

• Golden Promise -or- Pale Ale & Pilsen dry malt extract
• Nectaron hops
  
• priming sugar for bottling

PLEASE NOTE! The recipe kit does not include yeast or grain & hops bags. Make sure to add them from the list below if you need them!

(We recommend using dry yeast for 1 gallon recipes)
