Tommy Loves Genny Cream Ale

Growing up as a military kid, whenever my dad would travel around the country to different bases he would always drive (he's still afraid of flying) and he would always bring back beer. He absolutely fell in love with Genesee Cream Ale and would bring back cases whenever he was up in New York, and he'd even try and bribe his Army buddies to bring it back to him! This is my attempt to recreate my dad's favorite beer, Forever Homebrewing style.

ABV 4.8%
Bitterness 14.1 IBU
SRM 3.8

Ingredients included (varies by Size & Malt Style)

• Barke German Pilsner Malt and Pale Ale Malt -or- Pilsen Light Dry Malt Extract
• Dextrin Malt
• Flaked Corn
  
• Tettnanger hops
• priming sugar for bottling

PLEASE NOTE! The recipe kit does not include yeast or grain & hops bags. Make sure to add them from the list below if you need them!

(We recommend using dry yeast for 1 gallon recipes)
