Tursty Tursday Irish Stout

I’ve named this beer in honor of an Irishman named Sean I once met in Dublin who insisted that it was “tursty Tursday” even though it was Sunday afternoon. This is a dark, full-bodied beer characterized by roasted malt flavors, offering a balance of bitterness and smoothness. It features a creamy texture, moderate ABV, and notes of coffee, chocolate, and caramel - making it a smooth and easy-drinking stout.

• Floor Malted Maris Otter -or- Pale Ale Dry Malt Extract
• Flaked Barley
• Roasted Barley
• East Kent Holdings hop pellets
  
• Corn sugar for bottle conditioning
